I build, single-handedly and from architecture to production, OFITECO’s (VINCI Group) digital-twin platforms for monitoring critical civil infrastructure (dams, tunnels, bridges and ADIF railway).

Highlights

• xdata-bim digital twin (BIM + GIS + IoT in the browser): IFC viewer with web-ifc (WASM) and a .frag binary format (load time ~15 s → ~1 s), real-time monitoring over WebSocket and anomaly detection (Z-score, Bollinger, regression, correlation). 37 components, ~840 i18n keys (4 languages), E2E with axe-core (WCAG AA).
• BIM ↔ terrain alignment with CesiumJS + Google 3D Tiles (N-point GPS registration) and 11 official WMS layers (IGN, IGME, CHE/SAIH).
• Edge computer vision across 50+ autonomous solar 4G cameras: YOLOv8n (ONNX) + CLIP + SSIM pipeline (~700 ms/frame on CPU), with GPS cross-triggering against hydrological sensors.
• BCF 2.1 interoperability (Navisworks/Revit/Solibri) and project PDF reports.
